Those receiving the Nobel Prize awarded this year will receive an additional 1 million crowns ($ 110,000).  The head of the foundation gave this information on Thursday.  According to Dagens Industri, the prize money has been increased this year.  The head of the Noble Foundation, Lars Haykinstein, told the newspaper, "Such a decision was taken because the circumstances have changed as compared to earlier."

 It was started by Alfred Nobel, who invented dynamite.  In his will, after giving money to his relatives, he had talked about starting a fund with the remaining money and said that the rewards from those money should be given to those who have given their services to mankind.  .  The Nobel Foundation was established in 1900.

 Under this award, an amount of Rs. 4.5 crores is given.  Along with this, a 200 gram medal and citation made of 23 carat gold is also given.  On one side of the medal received in this award is the image of Alfred Nobel, the father of the Nobel Prize, the date of his birth and death, and on the other hand the image of the Greek goddess Isis, the Royal Academy of Science Stockholm and the person who received the award.
 The amount of money received under this award, which began in 1901, changed over time.  Initially it provided 150,000 crowns and in 1981 it increased to 1 million crowns.  It rose to 9 million crowns in 2000, and 10 million crowns a year later.

 नोबल पुरस्कार विजेताओं को मिलने वाले धनराशि में इजाफा

इस साल सम्मानित नोबल पुरस्कार पाने वालों को अतिरिक्त 1 मिलियन क्राउन ($110,000) मिलेगा। फाउंडेशन के हेड ने गुरुवार को यह जानकारी दी। डाजेंस इंडसट्री ( Dagens Industri) के अनुसार,  इस साल पुरस्कार की राशि बढ़ा दी गई है।  नोबल फाउंडेशन के हेड, लार्स हायकिनस्टेन ने अखबार से कहा,'ऐसा फैसला इसलिए लिया गया क्योंकि पहले की तुलना में अभी के हालात बदल गए हैं।'

डायनामाइट का आविष्कार करने वाले अल्फ्रेड नोबेल ने इसकी शुरुआत की थी। उन्होंने अपने वसीयत में अपने रिश्तेदारों को पैसा दिए जाने के बाद बचे हुए पैसों से एक फंड के शुरुआत की बात कही थी और कहा था कि  इन पैसों से मिलने वाले ब्याज से उन लोगों को पुरस्कार दिए जाएं जिन्होंने मानव जाति के लिए अपनी सेवाएं दी हों। नोबेल फाउंडेशन की स्थापना 1900 में हुई थी।

इस पुरस्कार के तहत साढ़े चार करोड़ रुपये रुपये की राशि दी जाती है।  इसके साथ 23 कैरेट सोने से बना 200 ग्राम का पदक और प्रशस्ति पत्र भी दिया जाता है। इस अवार्ड में मिलने वाले पदक के एक ओर नोबेल पुरस्कार के जनक अल्फ्रेड नोबेल की छवि, उनके जन्म तथा मृत्यु की तारीख होती है और दूसरी ओर यूनानी देवी आइसिस का चित्र, रॉयल एकेदमी ऑफ साइंस स्टॉकहोम तथा पुरस्कार पाने वाले व्यक्ति की जानकारी होती है।
1901 से शुरू हुए इस अवार्ड के तहत मिलना वाली धनराशि समय के साथ बदलता गया। शुरू में इसके तहत 150,000 क्राउन दिए जाते थे और 1981 में यह बढ़कर 1 मिलियन क्राउन हो गया। 2000 में यह 9 मिलियन क्राउन हुआ वहीं एक साल बाद 10 मिलियन क्राउन हो गया।
